Gene expression can be regulated at the transcriptional, post-transcriptional, translational, and post-translational levels during development and upon stress responses in plants.

In this talk, I will provide examples of such regulations at the cellular and sub-cellular scales in various conditions such as specialized metabolism or defence response, which will provide an overview of my past research.   

In a second part, I will develop how genomic approaches could be leveraged to decipher the role of specialized metabolism in plant-plant communication in an immunity context.
